Jay Marlowe

Jay is a professor of social work at the University of Auckland and co-director of the Centre for Asia Pacific Refugee Studies.  As a forced migration scholar, he has published more than 80 papers related to disaster risk reduction, use of digital communication technologies and the experiences of everyday settlement.

He is a current Rutherford Discovery Fellow, and his most recent book is published with Routledge entitled: Belonging and Transnational Refugee Settlement.
