Wendy Saunders

Dr Wendy Saunders is the Principal Advisor, Risk Reduction & Resilience at Toka Tū Ake EQC, and their Champion of Land Use Planning.  Wendy’s focus is on improving how we make land use planning decisions for natural hazard and climate related risks, and is currently seconded to Ministry for the Environment to assist in the development of the new National Planning Framework. 

Prior to joining Toka Tū Ake EQC Wendy in the social science team at GNS Science for 16 years.
